The compact XB300 Cable roller is a universal cable winder/unwinder for all small to medium cable reels. The XB 300 Cable roller impresses with its small, light and flat design, but can still be loaded up to 300 kg. Especially suitable for damaged cable drums. It enables trouble-free and rational working without tangled cables. 6 rubberized feet ensure a non-slip and stable base. Optimal for protecting surfaces for already finished floor coverings.
The multifunction mandrel has been specially developed for XB 300, XB 500 and XB 500 T cable rolling systems. Loose cable bundles can also be rolled by attaching them to the stainless-steel center mandrel and then folding out the 4 side brackets. The telescopic center mandrel measures 72 mm in diameter. It is therefore also ideal for rolling a thinner cable bundle with a small inner diameter or individual wires. The normal height of the multifunction mandrel is 196 mm, which can be extended up to max. 294 mm via the telescopic mechanism. This means high cable bundles or corresponding tube bundles can also be rolled. When the 4 side brackets are unfolded, there is a total contact surface of 430 mm in diameter. Ideally, this should correspond to the respective cable or tube bundle. A designated opening allows the unit to be combined with the RUNPOSTICKS.
Optimum area of application: XB 300: Rolling of (damaged) drums up to 300 kg as well as loose cable bundles or individual wires up to a max. height of 294 mm and a max. diameter of 430 mm, RP5: for pipe dimension 16 mm – 40 mm.
The RP5 – RUNPOTEC Polyester Ø 5.5 mm is a cable pulling tool without a metre counter. The triple-twisted special plastic tape with a diameter of 5.5 mm has an even better shearing effect than the 3 mm fiberglass rod; the frictional resistance is only half the normal value due to spot contact. The patented RG7 guiding head with swivel Ø 5.5 mm (pressed at the beginning and end of the tape) allows overcoming tight radii (bending radius 15 mm). The RP5 – RUNPOTEC Polyester Ø 5.5 mm is stored in a jobsite suitable and robust storage box with an ergonomic carrying handle. It is equipped with the new glide back protection, which prevents the cable pulling strap from slipping back accidentally. The incredible total breaking load of 270 kg refers to the entire pulling system. Labour- and time-consuming repair work is no longer necessary, as this cable pulling system is virtually breakage-free. The RP5 is available in 20m and 30 m lengths. The RP5 replacement strap cannot be stored in the box.
